Gift Options- Group Gifts by Scenario

For more straightforward plans, you can now choose to have your will generate group gifts by scenario. For example, where the spouse is the sole beneficiary of all gifts (including any Initial Gifts), your template will produce a section for "If my spouse survives me" and list all the gifts in the Surviving Spouse Scenario, including personal effects, initial gifts and residue gifts, under that heading.  Then it will create an "Alternate Distribution" section and list all gifts that appear in the next scenario, under that heading etc.

This can be chose as your default preference or you can choose it for any particular client.  You can make your selection in the Document Options for any of the Wills.   Look for "Gift Grouping" under "Gift options".  

"By Scenario" will group the gifts by scenario.  "Default" groups gift by type as it has always done. E.g. all Personal Effects for all scenarios in one section, all Initial Gifts for all scenarios in another section, all the residue gifts in another section.
