Default Witness Customization

What customization choices can I make in the "Default Witnesses" section?

In the "Default Witnesses" section, you can choose which individuals will appear as witnesses at the bottom of the single will document. If chosen, their name and address will populate.

1. To choose your first witness, click "Deponent" and select a name from the drop-down list.
2. To choose your second witness, click "Other" and select a name from the drop-down list.

Note: In order to be chosen from the drop-down list as a witness, the individual must have an e-State Planner user account. If they are not a user, you can manually enter their information in the document.
