RESP Clause

How do I trigger an RESP Clause in the Will?

1. Add the RESP as an asset on the assets tab
2. In the Surviving Spouse Scenario, drag and drop the RESP into the initial gifts section. Select the spouse as the beneficiary and add as an absolute gift.
3. In the Descendants Only Scenario, drag and drop the RESP into the initial gifts section. Select the children as the beneficiaries and add as an absolute gift.

This will produce a clause in the will that refers to the spouse as the successor subscriber if they are alive. If they are not alive, the clause directs the trustees to continue to contribure
