How does payment work?

The credit card provided during the sign-up process will be charged for all fees incurred - this includes both monthly-user and per-client costs. You will receive an automatic invoice each month detailing your incurred charges.

When will I get charged?

The user fee will be charged on a monthly basis. The client fee will only be incurred upon the generation of the first document or summary for that client. This way you can send the client the questionnaire without worrying about incurring a fee if you ultimately don't get retained.
