How do I access my account?

Open a search browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and go to e-stateplanner.com. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner. Enter your username and password and click "Login". 

Are there any special system requirements?

Since the program is cloud-based, you will not need to download any software onto your computer. You will be able to access your account from anywhere with an internet connection. 

eState Planner produces documents in Word format, so you will need to have access to Microsoft Word in order to edit any of the generated documents.

Note: eState Planner is not compatible with Internet Explorer - in order to access your account, you will need to use a different browser.

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you can't remember your password, you have the option to reset it. On the login page, click “Forgot password?”. Enter your email and you will be sent a reset link. Click the link and create a new password.

What do I do if I am locked out of my account?

This means that you have entered an incorrect password too many times and for security purposes, the system has locked you out of your account. You will be able to try again after 1 hour. If you are unsure of the correct password, it is best to reset it instead of making another attempt.
