Why am I seeing a completed family tree, assets and debts section when I have not made any changes?
When a client fills out the online questionnaire, the information about their family, assets and debts are automatically populated into your account. Your client’s profile will reflect any information they have entered.
If you see a full or partially completed family tree, assets or debts section, it likely means the client has already filled out these sections of their online questionnaire. Any changes they make in their questionnaire are automatically reflected in your account.
