Administrators can view all of the firm's clients as well as having control over adding and removing Users, Billing Access and Document Control. Administrators can also give access to all the firms clients to one or more non-Administrator Users. To do this, an Administrator opens the User's page (clicking on the User's name or the ... opposite their name) and select "Access all clients". When that User logs back in, they will be able to view all of the firm's clients.
To disable access, just uncheck the "Access all clients" box.
Why can't I see a particular client?/ My clients are missing from the list!
NOTE: Users who are not Administrators and who have not be granted Access to all Clients can only view their own clients (Clients where they are set as the Primary or Secondary Contributor). To view the client, you should be added as a Contributor
or you can ask your firm's Administrator for Access to all Clients.
