What is the Flexible Plan Rollover?

We have updated this pricing plan to help smooth out seasonal fluctuations in estate practices. Flexible plans include one free client generation per month, and users can now automatically carry forward their un-generated client files to the next month.

This allows the flexible plan to be even more flexible with the needs of your practice 

The rollover only applies to the $99/month flexible plan.*

How does it work?

Users on a Flexible plan will automatically have their unused client files carried over to the next month. You can accumulate un-generated client files for as long as you have a subscription to eState Planner.

How long can I rollover my un-generated files?

There is no limit to how many months you can accumulate files. If the Flexible plan is cancelled or upgraded, then you will lose your un-generated client files.

Example:

For example, if you have a Flexible plan subscription but do not generate a client file in June, July & August, you can generate 4 client files in September. This gives you more leeway when your practice sees business fluctuations due to seasonality
