Re-Ordering and Removing Gift-overs

How do I re-order a Gift-over?

To re-order a gift-over:

1. Select the six dots on the right side of the gift-over option and drag it up or down.

How do I remove a Gift-over? 

To remove a gift-over:

1. Click the three dots on the right side of the gift-over option you would like to delete and select "remove" from the drop-down list.
