Why should I enter the user's occupation and address before adding them to the system?

If the new user you are adding to the system is potentially going to act as a witness for any will signings, you will need to add their occupation and address information in this section in order for it to populate when they are chosen as the witness for that will. Type their occupation address and city in the respective fields and select their province from the drop-down list.
