How do I edit a client’s profile information?
It is best practice to start the e-State Planner process by editing the client to ensure all their basic information has been entered into the system.
- Click on the client's icon and select “Edit”. Or, double click on the client's icon.
- Enter their information into the fields and click “Save”.
Note: The mandatory fields that are required in order to add the client are “First name”, “Last name”, and “Gender”. All other fields are optional, however, the more information the better, as the system provides you with advisor insights based on the information you have entered.
