How do I generate documents for Non-Ontario Residents?
Currently, the system has the capability to generate documents for Nova Scotia, Alberta and British Columbia. To generate documents for either of these provinces:
- Go to the "People" tab and double click to edit the client's information.
- Scroll down to "Residency" and click to reveal.
- Choose either "Nova Scotia", "Alberta" or "British Columbia" as the province of residence.
- Save your changes.
When you go to generate the Will and POAs, documents specially designed to reference that province's correct legislation will generate.
