On a Professional Plan, you can choose between using your own, another user's or the firm's document customization inputs at the client level.
This means that an individual will be able to select any user's pre-set document settings for a specific client file. If a clerk drafts wills for multiple lawyers, they will be able to select which lawyer's inputs they would like to use before they generate the document.
How do I choose another user's document inputs?
- Click the Document Icon in the top right corner. Click on the name of the document type you would like to customize.
- Click the Person Settings icon.
- Select the name of the user who's settings you would like to use.
- Select Import in the bottom right.
