Provisions Overview

 What is the purpose of the provisions section? 

The "Provisions" tab is where you go to indicate the client's preferences on decisions that will have an effect on the entire will. 

Decisions on funeral arrangements, inclusion of future class members, class restrictions, details on trusts for beneficiaries under a certain age and inclusion of secondary will asset definitions are all made in the “Provisions” tab.
