What is the questionnaire? 

The questionnaire is an online form where clients have the opportunity to enter their profile, family tree, asset, and debt information. All information entered in the questionnaire will automatically populate in your user account. 

All information is automatically saved as the client completes the intake form. The information is immediately captured on the lawyer's portal and an email is sent to notify the lawyer when it has been completed.
