Preview a Document

What is Document Preview?

The Document Preview feature allows you to review a document draft before downloading the document. It's designed to increase transparency behind the drafting language and clauses produced in the documents. With Document Preview, you can see exactly what language will be generated for any document type in real-time, without having to download a single document.

How do I access the Document Preview Feature?

1. Select a client's file by clicking their name.
2. Use the Document icon in the top right corner to preview a document.
3. Click on the name of the document type you want to preview.
4. If you make any changes in the system and want them to appear in the Document Preview, click the refresh arrow in the top right corner.

How to refresh the Document Preview?

It's important to note that any changes you make to the plan will not automatically update the Document Preview. To see the most up-to-date version of your document, simply click on the refresh button after making any changes. This way, you can ensure that your document looks just the way you want it to.

Why can't I access the Document Preview?

Users who are subscribed to the legacy Flexible plan ($19/mo) are not able to access the Document Preview feature. However, upgrading to the new Flexible or Growing plan will provide you with access to this exciting feature. You can easily upgrade your plan by accessing the billing tab in your account. This upgrade will give you access to a host of new features, including the live viewer preview.
