Questionnaire Email Notifications

How do I receive an email notification that the client has completed the questionnaire?

• When adding the client to the system, make sure the user is marked as either a primary or secondary contributor. 
• All contributors on the client file will receive a notification email once the client has completed and submitted their questionnaire.
