Resending the Questionnaire

How do I resend the client questionnaire? 

Before resending the questionnaire, check to make sure the invite has not ended up in their junk mail or spam folder. To resend the questionnaire:

1. Click the three dots on the right side of the client you wish to resend the questionnaire to and select “Edit” from the drop down list.
2. Click the “Resend questionnaire” box. 
3. You will see a message that says "Sending". Once it reverts back to "Resend questionnaire", you will know that it has been resent. The client will be sent a new email with a link to their questionnaire.
