How do I resend the client questionnaire?
Before resending the questionnaire, check to make sure the invite has not ended up in their junk mail. To resend the questionnaire:
- Click the three dots on the right side of the client you wish to resend the questionnaire to and select “Edit” from the drop down list.
- Uncheck the “Use questionnaire” box.
- Click "Save" in the bottom corner.
- Refresh your browser.
- Go back to the three dots, select “Edit”, re-check the “Use questionnaire” box and click "Save". The client will be sent a new email with a link to their questionnaire.
