How do I resend the client questionnaire?
Before resending the questionnaire, check to make sure the invite has not ended up in their junk mail or spam folder. To resend the questionnaire:
- Click the three dots on the right side of the client you wish to resend the questionnaire to and select “Edit” from the drop down list.
- Click the “Resend questionnaire” box.
- You will see a message that says "Sending". Once it reverts back to "Resend questionnaire", you will know that it has been resent. The client will be sent a new email with a link to their questionnaire.
